Deployment Strategist
You will work directly with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs, identify high-value use cases, and implement tailored solutions. You will design integrations, guide implementation, build demos, present outcomes to technical and executive audiences, and bring field insights into software products and AI models. You will own end-to-end delivery for major strategic projects and explore applications across industries.
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
- Identify use cases through engagement with customer problems and workflows.
- Work with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into solutions.
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
- Present work results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models.
- Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology.
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technology implementation.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
- Basic proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
- Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability across customer environments and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
