Deployment Strategist
You will work directly with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, workflows, and pain points. You will identify high-impact use cases, structure commercial arrangements, and drive deployments through production. You will guide agent design, orchestration, and production readiness; build demos; present proposals and results; and share field insights to inform product and model roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deliver them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and C-suite audiences
- Share field insights with Research teams to shape platform and model roadmaps
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production and deliver business outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Mandarin and English fluency
