Deployment Strategist
You will work with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes. You will identify and deliver high-impact AI-agent use cases, guide product deployment, structure commercial arrangements, and collaborate with engineers, executives, and research teams to bring agents into production.
Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
- Present results and future proposals to technical and C-suite audiences
- Feed field insights to Research teams to help shape the roadmap
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to deliver production agents and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct and comfort with enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Track record of delivering complex, ambiguous projects
- Technical aptitude with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Ability to work across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
