The role involves driving business growth through CASA, third-party products, and asset sales, while ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a blend of sales and service orientation, and the ability to motivate and manage front-office staff effectively.

1. Lead a team of outbound bankers.
2. Drive sales of CASA, third-party products (TPP), and asset products through the team.
3. Ensure consistent customer coverage, engagement, and retention.
4. Monitor and enhance team productivity across assigned channels.
5. Foster a culture of service excellence and customer-centricity.
6. Support team members in achieving individual and branch-level business goals.
