This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor de Software Pleno (FrontEnd) based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level Frontend Software Developer, you will be responsible for building high-performance, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.
The role combines frontend engineering with UX principles, visual prototyping, and design-system practices to deliver consistent digital experiences.
You will develop complex interfaces with a strong focus on usability, visual integrity, and performance.
The position involves working with modern React and TypeScript technologies and integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
You will contribute to responsive, Mobile First solutions while continuously improving Core Web Vitals and overall application performance.
The role also offers exposure to frontend testing, observability, SEO, Progressive Web Apps, and emerging AI technologies.
This is a fully remote opportunity within an agile, collaborative technology environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

• Build and deliver software artifacts and frontend solutions as part of an agile development squad.
• Apply UX principles, visual prototyping, and interface design concepts when developing web applications.
• Implement complex, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces across different devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize frontend performance continuously, with particular attention to Core Web Vitals and overall user experience.
• Ensure developed interfaces meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive digital experiences.
• Create, maintain, and evolve reusable components and Design Systems.
• Integrate frontend applications efficiently with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop layouts following Mobile First principles and responsive design practices.
• Collaborate with other members of the squad to ensure frontend solutions meet functional, technical, usability, and visual requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development practices, interface quality, performance, and user experience.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Information Technology, including a technologist degree, bachelor’s degree, or postgraduate qualification.
• Professional experience as a Mid-Level Software Developer, with experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern build tools such as Vite and Webpack.
• Practical knowledge of CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, and/or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with state-management and data-fetching solutions such as Redux, Zustand, and React Query.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, Mobile First development, UX, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience integrating web interfaces with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to create and maintain reusable components and Design Systems.
• Strong attention to usability, visual consistency, code quality, and user experience.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is desirable.
• Experience with frontend observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry or New Relic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, and prompt-engineering best practices is desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and continuous-learning mindset.
