Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our Design & Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, supporting construction projects, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that projects are delivered in line with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings and BIM models.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Review drawings, resolve design issues, and incorporate project feedback.
Requirements
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
- 3–5 years experience in building design and construction.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and BIM.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
