DESIGN COORDINATOR, ARCHITECTURE
Summary
Coordinates architectural design and construction workflows, prepares shop drawings, and supervises site progress while liaising with consultants and contractors.
Your Role
- Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
- Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
- Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation team
- Involved in tendering work
The Requirements
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings
- Has project experience in buildings / mixed development
- Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
