Design Coordinator (C&S)

Location: Anson Road/ Orchard Road/ Redhill MRT Station (Office)/ Site

Working days: 5 days

Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with relevant authority requirements.

• Review technical issues, propose solutions, and monitor shop drawing production progress.

• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and civil and structural (C&S) shop drawings.

• Resolve drawing-related construction issues and coordinate with Architectural, M&E teams, and relevant authorities.

• Supervise BIM Modellers in producing coordinated shop drawings and concrete body plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with relevant design experience working with contractors.

• Professional Engineer registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore is preferred.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Familiarity with British and Singapore design standards.
