Design Engineer
You will take ideas from rough sketches to production, own the platform’s look and feel, maintain a scalable design system across Figma and React, ship pixel-perfect CSS interfaces, define AI-driven interaction patterns, and improve frontend architecture and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the design system across Figma and code
- Ship pixel-perfect interfaces with CSS
- Take ideas from rough sketches to production-ready products
- Partner with design and engineering
- Raise the bar on frontend architecture and best practices
- Define interaction patterns for AI-driven tools
Requirements
- Experience as a Design Engineer, frontend engineer with strong design skills, or designer with strong engineering skills
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Knowledge of modern frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Experience with CSS animation, transitions, and layout techniques
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality frontend development work
- Experience with GSAP, R3F, Three.js, WebGL, or infrastructure is a bonus
