POSITION SUMMARY
ROWE is currently looking for Design Graduate Engineers to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Design services team. Graduate Engineers work under the supervision of a Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects.
- Compute engineering design calculations.
- Perform field reviews to determine existing conditions.
- Provide on-site inspections as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or environmental engineering.
- EIT certification preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
- Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
- Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
