# Design Lead ## Job Summary We are seeking a **Design Lead** with a strong background in B2C startups to join our team in Gurugram (GGN). The ideal candidate will have **5-6 years of experience** in design leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in driving design strategies and delivering user-centric solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and experiential aspects of our products, contributing directly to the company’s growth and customer engagement. ## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the design team to create innovative and effective design solutions. - Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development. - Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for B2C applications. - Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs and maintain brand integrity. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process. ## Qualifications - Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in design roles, preferably within B2C startups. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. ## Preferred Skills - Experience working in fast-paced startup environments. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. ## Experience - 5-6 years of relevant experience in design leadership roles. - Proven track record of working in B2C startup environments. ## Environment - Location: Gurugram (GGN). - Work setting details such as remote, in-office, or hybrid are not specified.
