Design Manager (Facade/ Up to $9k)
Summary
Oversee a design team to deliver façade and curtain wall projects, coordinating with clients and contractors while managing budgets and timelines.
Role: Design Manager
Work Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm, Alt Saturday 9am to 12pm
Remuneration: up to $9,000 (depending on experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
- Oversee the daily operations of the design office and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
- Manage major curtain wall and façade projects from inception through to completion.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review and manage design changes, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver design presentations and technical solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Extensive technical experience in façade and curtain wall systems.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale façade/curtain wall projects across Asia.
- Strong façade design background.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
