DESIGN MANAGER

Job Scope
Manage all design, geotechnical, and structural matters for the project.
Present and coordinate design matters with the project team, Contractor’s PE, and PE (Geo).
Coordinate ERSS works and other temporary works with consultants and specialist subcontractors.
Ensure design coordination and submissions comply with project specifications and statutory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience in infrastructure construction projects, with experience in design management and coordination with PEs and specialist subcontractors.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by the Commissioner of Building Control or the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical, structural, ERSS, and temporary works.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be independent of any other role within the project.
