Design Manager (m/f/d) Engineering Data Center

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager (m/f/d) for our exciting Data Center project in Milan.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate disciplines/activities, control and forecast work area activities and deliverables against schedule
- Work in coordination with procurement and subcontracting group as well as estimate department
- Prepare material and construction requisition for mechanical/piping works
- Manage the preparation of key multidisciplinary project documents (P&Id's, line list, equipment list etc.)
- Organize, contribute and prepare notes for multidiscipline meetings to affect the timely completion of the requisition
- Directly reports to the Project Manager
Show your expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, in the field of Energy Engineering, Power Generation Engineering or Thermomechanical Engineering or similar
- Several years of experience as Project Engineer or Design Manager in engineering and/or production company, preferably within Data Center sector
- Nice-to-have: Experience of working on construction sites
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English
- Willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary teams
The salary range for this position is between € 54,500 and € 61,500 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
