Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, interior, and structural 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
• Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals.
• Generate price quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and update drawings when required.
• Oversee project coordination from design development through project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and construction practices.
• Strong design flair with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
