Designer / CAD Drafter

Job Summary

Develop and deliver creative 3D concepts, technical drawings, and design presentations.. Collaborate with architects, project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and support project development and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts and visualizations for retail and exhibition projects to communicate design intent effectively
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, material boards, and design presentations tailored for client review and approval
• Produce accurate CAD and Revit drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation to guide fabrication and installation
• Coordinate design requirements and revisions with architects, project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure alignment and quality
• Support project development phases, including site coordination and timely design revisions to meet project deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design outputs
• Knowledge of carpentry, construction detailing, and fabrication processes, including experience in building construction or private residential projects such as landed properties
• Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and realistic 3D renderings that support project execution
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
