Designer & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable design and product solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and discussions related to wallpaper, stickers, and other related products.
• Meet and communicate with customers to understand their design requirements and project needs.
• Prepare simple design proposals and artwork based on customers’ requirements.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, design confirmation and project progress.
• Use Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop for design and artwork preparation.
• Coordinate with the internal and installation teams to ensure customers’ requirements are properly carried out.
• Follow up with existing customers and assist in developing new sales opportunities.
• Perform other design and sales-related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Good learning ability and willing to learn new products and skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Experience in wallpaper, stickers, interior renovation, advertising design or related industries will be an advantage.
