We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are:

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Active Directory, $3200)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
• Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions in line with security policies
• Perform incident management and service request fulfilment within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution
• Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management
• Support basic network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and meeting room AV setups
• Participate in system upgrades, rollout activities, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure adherence to client IT policies, compliance, and security standards
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
• Relevant IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
