Desktop Support Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)
Work Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Nationality: Singaporean / SPR/ Malaysian

Job scope:

• Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone/email and deskside for technical issues related to desktop/network and hardware issues
• Log issues and follow up until closure
• Provide technical advice on functional features on hardware/software peripherals
• Provide deskside support to office users to resolve the technical issues on their devices
• Assist the Systems team to support end-user deployment projects when needed

Requirements

• Speak fluent Chinese as need to interact with the Taiwanese colleagues as well as being able to read/write simple emails in Chinese
• Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
• 2 years of experience
• Able to work in work & Clean Room environment as some of the system will be at the cleanroom
• Must be able to support desktop in term of hardware & software
