Roles and Responsibilities

• Offer remote assistance to resolve technical queries from clients.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and provide network support as needed.
  
• Perform Windows installations and configure MS Outlook for optimal performance.
  
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
