Entry-level desktop/IT support technician in Singapore on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2026–Mar 2027): first-line troubleshooting of hardware, software and network issues, deploying laptops/desktops, and managing user accounts and support tickets. S$2,600–2,700 monthly basic plus S$800 completion bonus, based near Tanjong Pagar MRT with travel to client sites.

About the Role
Start your IT support career with practical exposure to desktop troubleshooting, equipment deployment and end-user support. This opportunity welcomes candidates with relevant IT qualifications, even without prior work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and system-related issues.
Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.
Assist users with system and application usage, including basic guidance and training.
Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.
Log, track and follow up on support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
Perform basic IT maintenance and support inventory management and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology or a related discipline.
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Able to commit to the full contract period.
Comfortable travelling between the main office and assigned client sites.
