Job Responsibilities:

• Performing Tech Refresh role Scheduling slots with users for laptop/device replacement

• Perform Asset Tagging

• Perform data migration / cloning and imaging

• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
