Desktop Support Technician

IT resource required:

• Deskside support on-site is requested due to the frequent PC issues incurred
• Network support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response
• Unix support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response
• AD support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response

This person would provide on site desktop support troubleshooting PCs and printers and various IT equipment.
