1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Performs and supports the development and enhancement of secure, scalable, and high-performance‑performance backend systems. Builds reliable APIs, microservices, and integration components while following engineering best practices and contributing to the stability and efficiency of enterprise-grade applications.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale applications
· Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
· Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
· Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
· Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
· Focus on continuous learning and emerging trends.
