Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Guide app developers towards creating successful apps, offering them support and strategic advice to lead them to greatness.
- Work with developers on improving user experience and product features, providing insightful app reviews to enhance app quality.
- Ensure developers have access to necessary resources by working closely with R&D, Marketing, QA, Support, Product, and Operations teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of developer business models, optimizing their collaboration with Overwolf and enhancing their success.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with app developer partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
- Take the helm in project execution, focusing on marketing strategies, growth, monetization, and long-term planning for sustained success.
Requirements
- 2+ years in DevRel, Customer Success, or Account Management, with a focus on nurturing professional relationships
- Actively engaged in PC/Console gaming, showing a real passion for the gaming world
- Strong written and verbal English skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours to sync with global time zones
- Independent and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and tackle complex challenges
- Skilled at multitasking, managing deadlines, and maintaining sharp attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Experience with third-party developer platforms or managing gaming communities is a plus
- Vast experience in casting enchantment spells, throwing battle axes, and drinking Dwarven stout
