Overview
This is a strategic DevOps role responsible for managing and scaling a cloud-native platform, primarily within Azure, while benefiting from other cross-cloud capabilities (AWS/GCP). The role is both technical and client-facing, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Dev, Test, and Production environments
- Ensure platform portability across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
- Support customer deployments and installation environments
- Identify system improvements, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure and scaling strategies
- Set up and operationalize LLMs and MCP-based services
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (essential)
- Knowledge of MongoDB and serverless architecture (Azure Functions)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments - Nice To Have (AWS/GCP)
- DevOps mindset with problem-solving and proactive improvement focus
- Ability to engage with clients and support technical implementations
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, MCP frameworks, or AI integrations
- Python or scripting experience
- Exposure to virtual desktop environments (AVD)
- Configure and maintain Azure based platform to operate the Azure AD services, MongoDB instances, Azure function instances.
- Define equivalent Google and AWS implementations
- Work with development team on scaling and implementation of Dev, Test and Prod environments
