DevOps Engineer (AI Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a candidate with strong DevOps fundamentals to help us grow the infrastructure behind our platform: from hosting LLMs and automating environments and CI/CD pipelines to managing security, monitoring, and cost optimization.

You will step into a well-established environment, but we’re not here to stand still. On the contrary, we count on you to challenge our status quo, bring your own ideas to the table, and help us build a platform ready to scale for years to come.

Key responsibilities

• building and scaling environments for hosting LLM models


• designing and streamlining CI/CD processes


• developing and maintaining infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and AWS using Terraform


• orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, Docker images, and the Elasticsearch environment


• tracking SLA environments, alerts, and metrics


• planning and periodically testing Disaster Recovery procedures


• managing access control, infrastructure security, and the vulnerability management process


• conducting performance testing


• preparing technical documentation for clients


• participating in security review meetings with clients’ security teams

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)


• are comfortable with code and feel at home in Linux environments and core DevOps areas (Docker, deployment, CI/CD, etc.)


• have strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or AWS


• work with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)


• are highly proficient with Kubernetes and Docker


• design and develop CI/CD processes


• understand security, monitoring, and High Availability (HA) systems


• enjoy analyzing existing solutions and finding ways to make them better


• are passionate about AI and want to develop a platform that powers LLM models
