Our client is seeking a dedicated Dev Ops Engineer to join their IT operations team in Tembisa. This role focuses on streamlining development and operations processes through automation, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our client's software systems. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining robust infrastructure, implementing best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and fostering a collaborative relationship between development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance stability and availability. Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly. Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role.
