Summary
DevOps Engineer at AXA's internal IT unit in Warsaw, managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure while helping migrate legacy monoliths to cloud-native platforms. Day-to-day work centers on Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, YAML build/release processes and BICEP infrastructure-as-code.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will hold responsibility for managing our cloud and on premises infrastructure ecosystems. You will help AXA’s drive on their strategic migration away from legacy monoliths to next-generation, cloud-native platforms, primarily in the area of Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
Ensure developers can develop and release secure, quality software. Manage the infrastructure required to support that software and monitor the applications are available as expected.

- CI/CD: Deep experience with modern pipelines, particularly Github and Azure DevOps,
- Hands-on expertise in with OpenShift Clusters (maintaining as well as building rather than simply deploying) on a daily basis,
- Experience with setting up and configuring cloud networking,
- At least 3-4 years DevOps experience particularly using Azure DevOps, Azure and Kubernetes.
- Understanding and experience of Agile based development methodologies
- Experience of working with business partners and non-IT based customers
- Experience in integrating with external / third party systems
- Understanding of IT Security
- Degree or equivalent in IT, Computing or similar discipline
- Azure certification
