Job Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer – Cloud Operations & DevOps to support overseas cloud platforms, maintain service reliability, resolve production incidents, and improve operational efficiency through automation. The role involves hands‑on responsibility for cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, containerized environments, monitoring, deployment, and production operations.
The successful candidate will work with technologies including AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Python or Shell scripting, and cloud monitoring and deployment tools. The position also involves incident response, root‑cause analysis, technical documentation, and participation in a 7×24 on‑call rotation.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cloud platforms and core infrastructure systems.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
- Deploy platform updates and manage operational changes.
- Respond to production incidents and restore services efficiently.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis following production incidents.
- Develop automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Improve existing operational processes and workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident records.
- Support reliable operation of production cloud environments.
- Participate in a 7×24 on‑call rotation.
- Collaborate with relevant technical teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant production operations experience.
- Strong hands‑on Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Production experience with AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience with system deployment and monitoring.
- Strong production incident‑response and root‑cause‑analysis capabilities.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication and service‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to participate in a 7×24 on‑call rotation.
