Задачи
- Build, maintain and extend development platforms for real-time, data-driven applications
- Enable development teams with tooling for CI/CD, infrastructure, observability and cloud operations
- Work with backend, frontend, QA, analyst and architect squads in an Agile environment
- Participate early in the software engineering lifecycle and contribute DevOps expertise to design and architecture discussions
- Support development teams hands-on and drive a culture of shared responsibility
- Create scalable, secure and automated infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible
- Operate and optimize cloud-native components, including Opensearch, Redis/Memcached, Nginx, PGSQL, Helm and Kyverno
- Drive continuous improvement of deployment workflows, operational processes and platform reliability
Требования
- Over five years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or related areas
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Fluent Business English, spoken and written
- Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Amazon Web Services, Strimzi Kafka, Linux and Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with a passion for automation and process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical domains
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore new technologies
- Structured, reliable and quality‑oriented working style
- Nice to have: Java, SQL databases preferably PostgreSQL, Golang, GitLab CI / Argocd
