Project

Join a strategic banking initiative focused on building and optimizing the infrastructure supporting Loan Processing. You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, automating delivery processes, and improving operational efficiency across the lending ecosystem. Working closely with development, operations and business teams, you will help shape the future architecture and automation strategy within a modern DevOps environment.

Responsibilities you’ll have

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation workflows
• Automate operational processes and improve deployment efficiency
• Integrate banking systems and optimize end-to-end lending workflows
• Monitor platform performance and implement reliability improvements
• Collaborate with development, operations and business stakeholders
• Support cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Contribute to technical and solution-level architecture decisions

Expected competences and knowledge

• Several years of DevOps engineering experience
• Strong knowledge ofCI/CD tools and automation practices
• Experience withcloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Proficiency inscripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar)
• Good knowledge ofSQL
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of financial services and banking environments
