Join a banking-sector assignment focused on building and optimizing automated solutions for loan application and approval processes. You will build systems from scratch, work closely with the business, and influence technical and solution-level decisions.
- Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan IQ
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
- Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field
- Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
- Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Have experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems
- Possess advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
- Demonstrate experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
