Задачи

• Design and optimize automated build, test, and deployment pipelines;
• Help design and build infrastructure for testing and deploying next-generation applications;
• Research new technologies independently, make them applicable, and convince the team of the best solutions;
• Analyze complex technical bottlenecks, including slow .NET compilation and pipeline performance issues;
• Support developers with build issues, tooling questions, and infrastructure choices;
• Build reliable, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions for other teams;
• Investigate, design, build, and improve solutions when assignments are not fully defined;
• Advise the organization and act as a technical sparring partner for developers and testers;
• Monitor nightly pipelines and coordinate challenges during stand‑ups;
• Investigate .NET build performance using compiler settings, pipeline steps, and caching strategies;
• Work on the architecture of new test and deployment infrastructure;
• Help developers resolve local build issues;
• Improve pipelines and the developer experience with the team.

Требования

• Mastery of the Dutch language;
• Minimum WO work and thinking level;
• Work independently and take initiative in an environment without fully specified assignments;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Communicate effectively and explain solutions clearly;
• Experience with process automation;
• Affinity with cloud infrastructure, modern CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Knowledge of SQL Server and databases;
• Work accurately and remain open to exploring new technologies.

Условия

• A 13th-month payment if ChipSoft makes a profit and the employee is employed in December; the payment is pro rata and not contractually guaranteed;
