Summary
A mid-senior DevOps engineer (Singapore or Hong Kong) who builds, maintains and troubleshoots AWS cloud infrastructure for investment-technology production systems — managing Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform IaC, CI/CD and ArgoCD GitOps workflows, plus Grafana/Prometheus observability and incident response, working with teams across APAC and the US.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build, maintain and improve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting critical production systems Manage and optimize Kubernetes / EKS environments Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform Implement and manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows, including ArgoCD Build monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus and related tools Troubleshoot production infrastructure, participate in incident response and drive root‑cause analysis Automate operational processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code Work closely with developers and global technology teams across APAC and the US Support infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability and capacity optimization Requirements
5 yrs experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and strong Kubernetes / EKS experience in production environments Hands‑on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience Experience with CI/CD , preferably Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps Good knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus or similar observability platforms Strong Linux and scripting skills, preferably Python or Bash Experience supporting business‑critical / production systems Comfortable troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and working independently Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have
