What You'll Do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will:
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated software delivery.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Automate deployments, configuration management, and operational processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, platform, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices.
Support containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Improve monitoring, logging, observability, system performance, and platform reliability.
Investigate incidents and pipeline issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that enhance automation and operational stability.
Ensure security, compliance, governance, and DevSecOps principles are integrated into engineering processes.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, IT security principles, and infrastructure automation.
