We are committed to enabling our development teams through a modern DevOps-driven approach. To achieve this, we have built an internal platform that provides automated tooling and capabilities for software development and operations, including CI/CD. This platform is the foundation for onboarding our product teams to curated Azure services and accelerating their cloud adoption journey.
Join us as a Forward Deployed Engineer and play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices using our platform. Your Challenge Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in
onboarding to our internal DevOps platform
and
curated Azure services Drive the
re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure
while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles Drive the
migration of CI/CD pipelines
from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements Collaborate closely with development teams,
educating and enabling
them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating
templates, documentation, and training materials
that simplify platform adoption Your profile Software engineer
with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) Practical experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines
and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab) Strong understanding of
DevOps principles , Git workflows, and modern delivery practices Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
services and
Infrastructure-as-Code Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus ,
Helm, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage Fluency in English (written/verbal) Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience working in
agile environments
(SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
