As a Senior Developer, you will design, build, and operate scalable internal business applications and intelligent automation solutions for a large workforce. You will shape architecture, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive measurable productivity across the enterprise. You’ll work on modern full-stack solutions, process automation, and an evolving internal AI platform to deliver impact at scale. This role offers a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to influence technology strategy and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build modern full-stack business applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Architect and implement end-to-end process automation pipelines with n8n, Make, Logic Apps, or equivalent
• Develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices for ERP, CRM, HR integrations
• Define reference architectures, patterns, and reusable components; emphasize security, performance, maintainability
• Lead evaluation and adoption of automation tooling and workflow platforms
• Collaborate on internal AI platform: integrate LLMs, create reusable AI services, and employee-facing AI tools
• Own CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, Docker); automate tests and deployments
• Coordinate external vendors and nearshore partners; plan sprints and ensure on-time delivery
• Work with product owners to translate needs into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Enforce engineering excellence via code reviews, tests, monitoring, and SLIs/SLOs

Requisitos principales

• 6+ years of software engineering with full-stack focus
• Advanced proficiency in Node. xqbhyrx js, TypeScript, React, and modern front-end tooling
• Strong back-end skills in API design, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, caching
• Hands-on experience with process automation/workflow orchestration (n8n, Make, Logic Apps)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
• Passion for productivity tooling, automation, and emerging tech trends
