DevOps Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Summary

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps, automate deployments, and manage environments with PowerShell and Azure CLI.

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps
  • Manage code versioning, branching strategies, and release workflows
  • Coordinate deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments
  • Provision and maintain D365 environments (LCS, Power Platform Admin Center)
  • Manage configurations, environment refreshes, and data copies
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and environment health
  • Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues
  • Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and implement Infrastructure as Code
  • Integrate quality gates (testing, code quality, security scans) into pipelines
  • Support development teams in build and deployment processes
  • Define and enforce DevOps best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with architects on deployment strategies and solution design
  • Manage access control, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions and optimize pipeline performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes and maturity

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3-7+ years of experience in DevOps (preferably Microsoft ecosystem)
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
  • Knowledge of environment management and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with LCS and/or Power Platform ALM (nice to have)
