Mid-level DevOps engineer administering on-premises Red Hat OpenShift clusters at enterprise scale: day-to-day work covers cluster operations and incident resolution, GitOps with Argo CD, Tekton pipelines, Python automation, OpenShift Virtualization and ODF, with direct collaboration with Red Hat Support.
We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with solid hands-on experience in managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters in an on-premises environment.
You will work primarily with OpenShift, GitOps, CI/CD automation, storage, virtualization, and platform operations. A good understanding of Kubernetes concepts is required, while day-to-day work will be focused on the OpenShift platform.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Practical experience with OpenShift cluster administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Experience working with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform in an on-premises environment.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes concepts and architecture.
- Experience with Argo CD and GitOps principles.
- Good understanding of Linux and container technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and automation.
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure or platform incidents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Red Hat Support and external technical support teams.
- Willingness to participate in half-day incident support shifts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- English – good working proficiency, including the ability to discuss technical issues with Red Hat Support.
