Job Description
DevOps Engineer Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite) A rapidly growing SaaS company operating in a highly regulated industry is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join their expanding platform team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling secure, cloud-native infrastructure that supports mission-critical systems used internationally. The Role You will work closely with Engineering and QA teams to design, build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with platform improvement initiatives, automation, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Designing, implementing and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure Managing and scaling Kubernetes (EKS) workloads Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) Developing and optimising CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) Writing automation scripts in Python and Bash Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues Participating in incident response and on-call rotation Contributing to security best practices and compliance standards Driving improvements in developer experience and platform reliability Requirements 3-5 years' experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda) Production experience with Kubernetes and containerised workloads Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience working in regulated environments is advantageous Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow) is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams What's on Offer Hybrid working model (2 days onsite, Dublin City Centre) Competitive salary and performance bonus Pension and private healthcare Share options 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) Life insurance Wellness and sports initiatives Flexible start/finish times Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
