Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate application releases using Aldon, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
Oversee release management activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, and production implementation.
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
Monitor release risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements.
Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement in release management and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in application support, release management, and software delivery within enterprise-scale environments.
5+ years of experience managing complex application releases and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production environments

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aldon tool.
Good understanding of release management processes and governance standards.
Experience managing releases across multiple environments and applications.
Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with source control, build, and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and change management processes.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in banking or financial services environments is an advantage.
