  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on GitLab CI.
  • Automate deployment, configuration and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Support containerised workloads and cloud-native deployment patterns.
  • Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions to improve platform visibility and operational performance.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices, IAM and Well-Architected principles.
  • Experience implementing automation and reducing manual operational overhead.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, DNS, load balancing and cloud connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies and release management.
  • Experience working with serverless services and event-driven architectures.
  • Exposure to database technologies, including MongoDB and other modern data platforms.
Desirable Experience
  • Public sector or government project experience.
  • Cloud cost optimisation and FinOps awareness.
  • DevSecOps and security automation experience.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled AWS services such as Bedrock and document-processing services such as Textract.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term digital transformation programme where you'll play a key role in shaping cloud platforms, automation practices and modern engineering delivery!
