- Champion DevOps culture and best practices across the team
- Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Increase team autonomy through automation and self-service capabilities
- Manage and enhance production and non-production environments
- Automate operational and deployment processes using Python and scripting technologies
- Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, resiliency, and operational excellence
- Support business-critical applications following the “You Build It, You Run It” philosophy
- Investigate incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with international teams across France, India, and Poland
- Continuously improve documentation, processes, and operational standards
Требования:
- 3+ Years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Java (17+)
- Experience with Python and automation scripting
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD tooling
- Good knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases
- Experience in monitoring, alerting, and production support activities
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Proactive approach to improving existing solutions and challenging legacy processes
- Strong communication skills in English
