DevOps Engineer
You will build and maintain blockchain networks and protocols, run testnets, and develop secure and scalable infrastructure. You will operate and administer Linux servers, implement monitoring, automation and CI/CD pipelines, and detect and mitigate performance and security issues. You will create and maintain technical documentation, develop threat models and risk assessments, and apply peer-to-peer networking security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor detect and mitigate performance and security issues
- Build and maintain blockchain networks and protocols
- Run testnets
- Perform system administration for Linux servers and manage system health stability and availability
- Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation
- Develop and apply peer-to-peer networking security best practices
- Create maintain and communicate threat models and risk assessments
- Build automation and CI/CD processes
Requirements
- Experience as DevOps SRE or Infrastructure engineer
- Programming ability in Python Go Bash or JavaScript
- Experience managing server infrastructures with high availability requirements
- Design experience for secure networks systems and application architectures
- Experience deploying and maintaining software in data center and cloud environments
- Deep understanding of sockets full networking stack and Linux security
- Knowledge of automation and CI/CD tools and processes
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- BSc or BA degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Flexibility teamwork and ability to work with ambiguity
