DevOps Engineer
You will build and maintain blockchain networks and protocols, improve infrastructure security, automation, and monitoring, and run testnets. You will perform Linux system administration to maintain health, stability, and availability of systems. You will create and maintain procedural and technical documentation, implement peer-to-peer networking security best practices, and create, maintain, and communicate threat models and risk assessments for all operated systems.
Responsibilities
- Build secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor detect and mitigate performance and security issues
- Perform system administration for Linux servers and manage system health stability and availability
- Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation
- Implement peer-to-peer networking security best practices
- Create maintain and communicate threat models and risk assessments for all systems
Requirements
- Experience as DevOps SRE or Infrastructure engineer
- Ability to program in one or more languages such as Python Go Bash or JavaScript
- Experience managing server infrastructures with high availability requirements
- Experience designing secure networks systems and application architectures
- Experience setting up and maintaining software in data centers and cloud environments
- Deep understanding of sockets the full networking stack and Linux security
- Knowledge of building automation and CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and other cloud deployment technologies
- Flexibility teamwork and comfort with ambiguity and taking charge to get things done
