I'm working on an opportunity for an SC-cleared DevOps Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team delivering complex software solutions across the UK public sector.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll help build and maintain secure cloud environments, improve automation and deployment processes, and support the delivery of reliable, scalable applications.
It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and working with modern cloud and DevOps technologies.
Key skills and experience:
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure
- Kubernetes, Docker and containerisation
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
- Infrastructure automation, monitoring and secure deployments
The essentials:
- Active SC security clearance
- British passport holder with 5 years of continuous UK residency
- Comfortable working on‑site in Hereford 3 days per week
