DevOps Engineer

Design, build, and operate resilient cloud infrastructure for blockchain validators. Create automation tooling to deploy, monitor, and scale validator fleets; research blockchain networks and upstream codebases; implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, security practices, and operational documentation; troubleshoot incidents; optimize cost and reliability; and maintain secure, auditable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design resilient and secure cloud infrastructure for blockchain validators
• Build, provision, and manage infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Automate validator deployment, monitoring, and recovery processes
• Write scripts and tools in Node.js, Python, Go, or bash
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for production systems
• Apply security best practices for servers, networks, and deployments
• Document operational procedures, runbooks, and incident responses
• Research blockchain network upgrades and maintain compatibility
• Scale management tools and processes across multiple networks
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with AWS or GCP
• 2+ years of coding experience in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and application deployment tools
• Proficiency with bash scripting and Linux commands
• Understanding of essential security practices for servers and networks
• Interest in blockchain
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn current DevOps and systems architecture trends
• Startup mindset, ownership, and sense of urgency
• Strong organizational and communication skills
