Established in different European countries but mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods. You will participate in the evolution of our ACS (Access Control Server) solution.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Participate end-to-end in project delivery: kickoff, refinement, complexity definition, sprint planning, and daily ceremonies
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions
  • Create and manage technical tasks, contribute to estimates of effort, cost, and workload
  • Lead and deliver complex developments while supporting and guiding less experienced developers
  • Qualify new product releases and support release activities (B2R, release packaging, implementation plans, release notes)
  • Support Product Owners with solution design and workload estimation; analyze escalated incidents
  • Promote code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement while ensuring non-production environments remain up to date

Who are we looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in Backend development
  • Strong expertise in Java backend technologies: Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), Maven
  • Hands-on experience with modern environments and tools: Linux, Docker, OpenShift, Tomcat, Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, GitLab, Gatling
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of production systems
  • Strong affinity for high-level technologies, innovation, and the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues, with interest in system and network aspects
  • Proficiency in English is required
