About the role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who will take ownership of the configuration, deployment, and stabilization of an existing Kubernetes/Azure-based platform, supporting a large-scale integration project between Salesforce, banking systems, and a modern customer data domain.

Its offering includes digital meal vouchers, shopping and fuel benefits, corporate welfare programs, and solutions supporting employees' everyday needs and work-life balance. The business operates a large digital ecosystem connecting companies, employees, and an extensive network of affiliated merchants and service providers across Italy, combining digital platforms and mobile applications with a strong focus on convenience, employee wellbeing, and purchasing power.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration of applications running on an existing Kubernetes cluster.

• Work with Docker and Helm charts to configure and deploy microservices.

• Set service parameters, replica counts, communication methods, and dependencies between components.

• Operate and maintain deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with development and architecture teams on the integration of banking systems, Salesforce, and legacy systems.

• Maintain configuration as code using Terraform or a similar approach.

• Support ongoing deployments and environment stabilization until the end of the project.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at the application management and configuration level (not necessarily building clusters from scratch).

• Experience with Helm and Docker.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Azure Container Registry.

• Ability to work with infrastructure/application configuration as code (e.g., Terraform).

• Understanding of deploying and maintaining microservices.
